Why are you running for School Board? My desire to run for school board is fueled by a genuine interest in improving achievement in the SFUSD schools through concrete policy ideas.
Why should Mission residents vote for you? Because my parents were non-educated immigrants, I have dedicated my efforts to ensuring that all children have equal opportunities for education. By advocating for minorities and disadvantaged students in particular, my background has prepared me to serve as a voice for the culturally diverse population in the Mission district.
